Halloween is still a while away, but lots of exciting Disney Halloween items are popping up in stores. The Costco Disney Halloween village came back in-store in mid-June and Loungefly released some Hocus Pocus backpacks in July.
Of course when you’re looking at merch tied with a big name like Disney, you’re going to almost always have to deal with some higher price tags. That’s why I rounded up some Disney Halloween decor and costumes that only cost $25 or cheaper below.

Disney Halloween Decor Under $25
You can find official Disney Halloween merch at Disney stores and shopDisney.com. While the licensed merch usually costs more, you can find some items under $25, including the Hocus Pocus and Oogie Boogie mugs. You can also score free shipping on orders over $75 with code SHIPMAGIC for a limited time.
We also found some decor at Walmart and Amazon. While these aren’t necessarily sold by Disney, they still capture the characters and essence of Disney classics at a lower price.

You don’t always have to pay full price on shopDisney.com.
Disney’s shopping website often has a few offers to save on shipping. If it’s your first time shopping on the site, you can get free shipping on your next order when you sign up for texts. Additionally, you can use timely codes like SHIPMAGIC (as mentioned above) to get free shipping on orders over $75.
Luckily, items go on sale often. Outside of shopping at the clearance section, you should also look out for Disney coupons, which you can find on the Krazy Coupon Lady app. In July 2023 for example, the site offered a 20% off promo code that shoppers could use on clothing, accessories, toys, and more.
Also, you can earn a free $100 credit when you open a Disney Visa card. Signing up can actually be worthwhile, as credit cardholders would get 10% off select orders in the past.
