Target Cyber Monday 2024: How to Save 60% or More During the Online Sale

If you think Target Black Friday deals are exciting, just wait. Some Target Cyber Monday deals are often better than their Black Friday sale prices.

Cyber Monday always falls on the Monday after Thanksgiving, but Target typically rolls out Cyber Monday deals a day early. This year, you can expect to shop their Cyber Monday deals from Dec. 1 – 2, 2024, with more deals dropping for the rest of Cyber Week.

In 2023, Target had some of the best Cyber Monday deals out there. Some of the best deals were on kitchen appliances, with better-than-Black Friday price drops on select items (for up to 60% off)! We found deals on toys for up to 70% off, including Cocomelon, Nerf, Paw Patrol, and more. Plus, Target had some better deals on TVs than they did for Black Friday last year.

Target Cyber Monday Sale is an annual two-day sale.

We expect the Target Cyber Monday Sale to begin on Sunday, Dec. 1 and run through Monday, Dec. 2.

Target hasn’t officially announced the next date for their Cyber Monday Sale, but based on what they've done in recent years, we here at KCL predict that it’ll take place between Sunday, Dec. 1, and Monday, Dec. 2, 2024. 

How do we make our prediction?

For years, Target has held their Cyber Monday Sale for two days — starting the Sunday after Thanksgiving, running through Cyber Monday.

  • Target's Cyber Monday Sale started Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022

  • Target's Cyber Monday Sale started Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021

The best Target Cyber Monday deals in 2023 were on kitchen appliances, toys, and select TVs.

For the last two years, Target dropped an extra 15% savings on select kitchen appliances for Cyber Monday), and for a bunch of items, that meant 15% off their already low Black Friday prices. So, you could save even more on coffee makers, air fryers, and cookware that were already up to 50% off regular prices. We also saw better than Black Friday price drops on the iRobot Roomba and select Barbie, Paw Patrol, and NERF toys.

We’re hoping Target brings back these Cyber Monday price drops for the third time in 2024.

Note the extra 15% discount was applied once you added eligible items to your cart on Target.com during the two-day cyber sale.

Best Cyber Monday Toy Deals in 2023

Target’s Cyber Monday toy deals were big — like 70% off big. This 4-in-1 arcade game table was an extra 20% off its Black Friday sale price on Cyber Monday. It got a price drop down to $119.99 from $149.99 on Black Friday. Target also had new Cyber Monday toy deals on Squishmallows, Fisher-Price Little People, Paw Patrol, Barbie, Disney dolls, and more.

Best Cyber Monday Tech Deals in 2023

The Hisense 50″ 4K Smart TV also got a bigger price drop for Cyber Monday — down to $179.99 from the $249.99 Black Friday sale price. That saved you 40% in total (we generally suggest savings of at least 30% for TVs during Black Friday). The Hisense 55″ TV was also on sale, at $199.99 (reg. $299.99).

Ask for a Target price match if you see a better deal after your Cyber Monday purchase.

The standard Target Price Match Policy is great, but their Holiday Price Match Guarantee is even better.

Every holiday season, your Target purchases are covered by the Holiday Price Match Guarantee from late October (last year, it started on Oct. 22, 2023) through Christmas Eve. If you buy something at Target during that timeframe and the Target price drops on or before Dec. 24, you can ask them to match the lower price and they’ll refund you the difference.

This is HUGE when it comes to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and last-minute Christmas sales. No matter when you shop for holiday deals at Target, you’re guaranteed the lowest price through Christmas Eve. So pay attention to those Cyber Monday price drops we expect to see again in 2024!

Target’s Deal of the Day offers some big deals during their Target Circle Week. From Nov. 1 through Dec. 24, Target will drop one-day-only deals on hot products every day.

Since Target runs these deals through Christmas Eve, you’ll be able to score savings during Cyber Monday and beyond.

Last year, we saw $100 off Dyson vacuums and Apple iPads, 50% off artificial Christmas trees, 40% off matching family pajamas, 30% off Barbie dolls and toys, and more.

Pay with your Target Circle Card to save an extra 5% on Cyber deals.

Target Circle Card members automatically get 5% off when they pay with their card year-round, but this discount is even more valuable during the holiday season.

With super competitive prices between retailers for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, that extra 5% off at Target can help you lock in the lowest price.

Don’t buy Target gift cards on Cyber Monday — wait for their Gift Card Sale on Dec. 7.

Target had some hot deals on gift cards to other stores for Cyber Monday 2023. But if Target gift cards are what you’re after, hold off until after Cyber Monday to score the best deals.

The Target Gift Card Sale happens for two days only on the first weekend of December. During the sale, you’ll score an extra 10% off the face value of Target gift cards. In 2024, we expect the sale to run from Saturday, Dec. 7 through Sunday, Dec. 8.

This is a great time to stock up on discounted gift cards, then spend them on lingering Target Cyber deals through December. Or, use them to score even bigger discounts during the Target Christmas Clearance sale starting Dec. 26.

Target’s extended holiday return policy gives you more time for electronics returns.

On a normal day, Target’s return policy gives you 90 days to return most items. But during the holidays, Target extends their return window quite a bit.

Last year you had until Jan. 31, 2024, to return most Target purchases made between Oct. 1 and Dec. 24. With that said, a few items had shorter holiday shopping return windows:

  • Electronics and Entertainment items: Return by Jan. 24

  • Apple Products: Return by Jan. 9

  • Mobile Phones: Return by Jan. 8

Either way, you can rest easy and enjoy the holidays without the urgency of Target returns for Cyber Monday 2024.
