Every baker or home chef deserves a KitchenAid mixer of their own. It’s a household staple that even professionals say they can’t live without. The only downside is the price tag. But that’s where a trusty KitchenAid mixer sale comes in clutch.

Let me just say that buying a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for half the price is totally possible. The 4.5-Quart Stand Mixer was one of the first items I added to my Target wedding registry. And since I’ve learned a few things about how to save on these must-have mixers, I even left my wedding gift-givers with tips for getting the best deal on a KitchenAid mixer too. Now I’m passing all my best tricks for finding a KitchenAid mixer sale on to you.

From the KitchenAid Black Friday deals and Prime Day sales to tips for finding coupons and refurbished mixers, I laid out all the top ways to score a KitchenAid mixer at the best price right here.

Before we get to the good stuff:

  • Download The Krazy Coupon Lady app and set up deal alerts for KitchenAid. We’ll fill you in on all the can’t-miss deals as soon as they drop.

  • Find out which KitchenAid mixer is right for you with our guide to the best KitchenAid Stand Mixers for every baker.

1. KitchenAid mixer sales happen often, so there’s no reason to pay full price (ever).

Even without a huge sale like Black Friday, it’s easy to find a sale price on KitchenAid mixers. That said, Black Friday does tend to be the absolute best time to buy one.

During Black Friday, KitchenAid mixers go on sale for up to 50% off. The best places to shop for Black Friday deals are Target, Amazon, Walmart, and directly from KitchenAid.com.

Besides Black Friday, when else can you find a KitchenAid mixer sale?

In 2022 one of the best holiday deals on KitchenAid mixers actually happened on Cyber Monday. Target had the 5-Quart KitchenAid Stand Mixer on sale for $249.99, plus they offered a 15% off online promo code for Cyber Monday. This brought the price down to just $212.49 (regularly $449.99) — a whopping 52% discount.

But Target still runs regular sale prices on KitchenAid mixers outside of the holidays. Target marked down KitchenAid mixers by 41% two separate times in February 2023.

2. Save 40% – 50% on KitchenAid Stand Mixers from Target at least once a month.

For example, this deal on the KitchenAid Pro 5 Plus happened twice at Target in February 2023:

  • KitchenAid Professional 5-Quart Stand Mixer – $279.99 (reg. $449.99)

  • RedCard Savings: 5%

  • Final Price: As low as $265.99 (41% off)

Discounts get even deeper during Target Deal Days in July and Target Black Friday starting in October. This is when you’ll save 50% or more on a KitchenAid mixer from Target. During their last Cyber Monday event, Target dropped a sale price on the 5-Quart Professional Stand Mixer, plus they offered an online promo code good for an extra 15% off:

  • KitchenAid Professional 5-Quart Stand Mixer – $249.99 (reg. $449.99)

  • Promo Code: 15% off with code CYBER15

  • RedCard Savings: 5%

  • Final Price: As low as $201.87 (55% off)

3. Buy the 6-quart KitchenAid Pro 600 Series Stand Mixer at Kohl’s to save over 50%.

Shopping at Kohl’s is an easy way to get a KitchenAid mixer for cheap. The KitchenAid Pro 600 Series 6-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer, which can mix dough for up to 13 dozen cookies or eight loaves of bread, is regularly priced at $549.99 at Kohl’s.

Look for a sale price or rebate that lowers the price to at least $329.99. At that price, you’ll earn $60 in Kohl’s Cash and $15 in Kohl’s Rewards if you’re a member (it’s free to sign up). So in the end, you’ll pay just $254.99 for the mixer — plus get a dough hook, flat beater, wire whisk, and a wide-chute pouring shield. That’s a 54% discount right there.

Sign up for Kohl’s emails so you never miss a big sale, or check out all the Kohl’s deals happening now.

4. You may not get half-price on Amazon, but you can save 32% on various KitchenAid mixer models.

It’s been a while since we saw a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for half off on Amazon. But if you’re in a pinch, you can still save up to 32% during some big Amazon sales. You’ll usually get the deepest discounts on the 3.5-Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer.

The best time to buy a KitchenAid mixer from Amazon is during Prime Day (in October and July) and the holiday season (November through December). That’s when you’ll see a deal like this:

  • KitchenAid Artisan Mini Plus 3.5-Quart Mixer – $259.99 (reg. $379.99)

  • Final Price: $259.99 (32% off)

You’ll also find sale prices on the 4.5-Quart and 5-Quart stand mixers during big Amazon sales. In 2022 the KitchenAid 4.5-Quart Stand Mixer hit its lowest Amazon price of the year on Prime Day in October:

  • KitchenAid 4.5-Quart Classic Series Stand Mixer – $249 (reg. $329.99)

  • Final Price: $249 (24% off)

5. Add a KitchenAid Stand Mixer to your Target wedding registry after your event to save an extra 15%.

There’s a fancy feature built into the Target wedding registry that, in my opinion, is super underrated.

The week of your event date, Target will email you a 15% off Target Circle coupon to use on any remaining registry items. Your coupon is good to use on most Target purchases for up to six months after your event. And if you didn’t have a KitchenAid mixer on your registry from the start, don’t worry. You can still add items to your Target wedding registry for up to 18 months after your wedding day and save 15% with your coupon.

Since Target typically drops a sale price on KitchenAid mixers about once a month, this is a great way to stack savings. Simply wait for a sale price (we recommend stalking our KitchenAid deals page) and use the 15% off coupon to purchase your mixer. You’ll get a KitchenAid mixer best price we typically only see during the holidays:

  • KitchenAid Professional 5-Quart Stand Mixer – $249.99 (reg. $449.99)

  • Target Wedding Registry Coupon: 15% off

  • RedCard Savings: 5%

  • Final Price: As low as $201.87 (55% off)

6. Buy a used or refurbished KitchenAid mixer from eBay to save hundreds.

As long as you’re not concerned with getting a certain color and you’re not bothered by minor cosmetic scuffs, consider buying a used KitchenAid mixer from eBay to save some serious cash.

I found a certified refurbished KitchenAid 3.5-Quart Stand Mixer for 47% off, which comes with a flat beater, dough hook, and wire whisk. So you’d pay just $199 for a mixer that would normally cost $379.99 if you bought it new.

When you shop on eBay, it’s important to read all the product details and pay attention to the seller’s ratings. Ebay is pretty good about protecting users from scams, but buying used products from third-party sellers online is always a risk. So just cover your bases to protect yourself as much as possible.

Related: You’ll also want to be wary of these scams used by Amazon third-party sellers.

7. Save 50% on KitchenAid attachments and accessories from Amazon.

There are tons of KitchenAid mixer accessories you can buy separately to beef up your mixer’s capabilities. Here’s a quick list of some of the most popular attachments:

The best places to buy KitchenAid mixer attachments and accessories are Amazon and KitchenAid.com. Both sites have comparable prices, but Amazon occasionally has attachments for 50% off their regular price. Most recently, I found the Slicer Shredder Attachment for just $18.89, down from $39.99 (that’s 53% off).
