If you’ve shopped for bathing suits online any time over the past few years, chances are you’ve come across Cupshe swimwear. They’re an online-only brand that has gone viral thanks to affordability (at regular price most suits hover between $30 - $40), inclusive sizing (up to 4x), and a massive stable of style options. Oh, and you can always find Cupshe coupons.
Yes, folks, Cupshe is legit. Now here’s the thing, you can find Cupshe swimwear on Amazon (admittedly where I first stumbled upon them), Target.com, Walmart.com, and NordstromRack.com. But you’ll find the best prices (not to mention largest selection of styles and sizes) on their own site, Cupshe.com.
And while I’m always happy to see my Amazon delivery driver, there are even more reasons to order straight from the brand instead, namely because of their rewards program — Sunchasers Club. But I’ll get into all of that in a minute.
First, text HACKS to 57299 for smart shopping tips and download The Krazy Coupon Lady app to have the latest sales at your fingertips.
1. When I shop at Cupshe.com, I'm able to buy five items for $100. The same Cupshe pieces on Amazon cost about 20% more.
In full transparency, Cupshe did give me a $100 voucher to use for shopping on their website, Cupshe.com. With that, I purchased two swimsuits, two sweaters, and a dress. I did shop during a sale (of course) but that still averages about $20 per item of clothing. I have a hard time paying more than $25 for most clothing items (sweaters/tops, casual dresses, swimwear, etc), so I was able to stay within my real world budget.
If I purchased the same items on Amazon, the cost would have been roughly 20% more. That means my total would have been $120, instead of $100. I’ll happily take $20 in savings even when I’m playing with someone else’s money.
2. There are ways to get Cupshe free shipping, including spending $59+ on an order.
One of the biggest gripes you might here from Amazon loyalists is that if you're a Prime member, you automatically get free shipping. However there are actually a few ways to qualify for free shipping at Cupshe. The first is to make an order of at least $59. That gets anyone in the contiguous U.S. free expedited shipping, which arrives in 5 - 7 business days.
Another way to get Cupshe free shipping is to subscribe to their promotional emails. With that you'll have the choice to either get 10% off or free expedited shipping on your first order. The choice is yours.
Then, a third way to get free shipping from Cupshe.com is to move up the tiers of their loyalty program called Sunchasers Club. As a member, once you've hit $110+ spent on Cupshe.com, you'll receive a $15 shipping voucher.
PRO TIP: On occasion you'll also see a free shipping coupon in the Cupshe swimwear app. More on that below.
All this to say, don't get hung up on not receiving automatic free shipping because, remember, you're still saving around 20% on Cupshe compared to Amazon.
I'm normally not one to tell anyone not to get hung up on free shipping because, well, shipping charges have turned me off from making purchases many times before. However, let's say your order on Cupshe.com is only $29.99 (plus tax). Your shipping will be $5.99. Making your order $35.98 (plus tax).
If you figure that same suit will be at least 20% more on Amazon, then the bathing suit itself will be $37.49 (plus tax). So you're actually still coming out ahead on Cupshe by $1.51. Although, truthfully, probably more because Cupshe is constantly throwing promo codes around. Which brings me to my next point...
3. Cupshe coupons are abundant and usually anywhere from 10% - 15% off (sometimes more).
Once I subscribed to Cupshe emails (which that alone will automatically get you either that 10% off coupon or free shipping on your first order), the coupons just kept coming. And sale alerts — so many sales! It might be 20% off site-wide plus a free gift (in one case the gift was a pair of sunglasses priced at $15.99). I've also seen coupon packages available for purchase: four Cupshe coupons for $0.99. The package included the following coupons:
15% off coupons valid on orders of $90 or more (2)
$4 off coupons, no spend minimum (2)
That's a $35 coupon package for $0.99 that you could presumably split among friends.
4. The Sunchasers Club is the Cupshe swimwear loyalty program, and it's easy to rack up points towards even more coupons and free shipping.
What you most certainly do not have access to by ordering on Amazon is Cupshe swimwear's loyalty program, Sunchasers Club. It's completely free to sign up, and once you do you'll automatically get 300 points just for joining. Even at the lowest tier (that's $0 spent) you get early access to sales, exclusive member discounts, birthday points (500 of 'em on your special day), and earn 5 points on every $1 spent.
Once you have spent $110 on Cupshe.com, you'll hit the next tier of the Sunchasers Club, which is "Sand". This tier allows you to redeem exclusive rewards coupons at checkout and offers you a free $15 shipping voucher.
5. Cupshe's app exclusives are pretty major, including their mid-week Wild Wednesday sale offering 40% off select styles.
I'm very particular about how many store apps I have on my phone at any given time. The Cupshe app is pretty darn useful. It lists the points you have to redeem coupons, allows you to easily "check-in" to accumulate an extra 10 rewards points daily just for popping by, and its own exclusive sales. Every week they have a "Wild Wednesday" promo with an extra 40% off tons of Cupshe swimwear styles. On top of that I found a free shipping coupon code, so I could literally get a one-piece swimsuit for $16.79 shipped.
