We've adjusted to a lot of Bath & Body Works coupon changes over the years, and if you've been following social media and Reddit threads today, it's true that big coupon changes are coming this fall at Bath & Body Works. And yes, the changes include the coveted 20% off coupon.
Krazy Coupon Lady can confirm that we'll be seeing new coupon limits and order total limits, effective today (July 24). Please note that Krazy Coupon Lady has reached out to Bath & Body Works' PR department, and at press time, we haven't heard back yet. But the store managers we spoke to at two different stores confirmed the changes.

Offers, prices, and coupons may vary.
Bath & Body Works is changing their coupon policy to one coupon per customer, with a limit of $250.
Bath & Body Works blogger lifeinsidethepagedailyfinds on Instagram was first to report that "all redemptive coupon offers, (e.g. 20% off your purchase) will now have a limit of $250." According to the photo posted, typically given to store managers, that means that "the promotional discount will only apply to the first $250. Anything after that will not receive the discount but can still be purchased." Although the post mentioned a fall start date for this new policy, a Bath & Body Works rep told us it started Monday, July 21.
So if you were hoping to spend over $300 at Bath & Body Works during Candle Day and save $60, that will no longer be the case. Another photo shows a new mailer coupon with the new memo, stating that order amounts in excess of $250 won't receive the 20% off discount.
When we contacted a Bath & Body Works store manager, they confirmed this new rule.
We were told there will be a limit of one coupon per customer (meaning no more stacking coupons). But, if your coupon fine print says you can combine it with another coupon, they'll stack!
The new mailer coupons for July 2024 include 20% off and a free full size body-care item through Aug. 25.
While Bath & Body Works mailer coupons are few and far between these days, check your mailbox for the new coupons that will start arriving July 24 and will include the following:
20% off (valid in store and online through Aug. 25, 2024).
Free full-size body care item (up to $16.95 value). No purchase necessary; valid in store and online through Aug. 25).
Note, mailer coupons DO vary, so your coupons may be different than those above.
How often do Bath & Body Works coupons come out?
These days, you can expect to receive new Bath & Body Works mail coupons every couple of months, although they've been stretching that time period out more and more.
Often during the month of a Bath & Body Works sale, you’ll get coupons before the sale starts that are usable for extra discounts during the event. For example, the October/November mailed coupon book included Bath & Body Works Black Friday coupons, one of which could only be used during the week of Black Friday.
Want to get more mailer coupons from BB&W? There's an unconfirmed theory that if you stop shopping at Bath & Body Works, they'll send you coupons to entice you back. However, Bath & Body Works has never confirmed this theory.

Got more questions about the Bath & Body Works coupon policy? We have answers.
Are Bath & Body Works mailed coupons good in store and online?
Yup! You can use these coupons in store or online — but not both. The Bath & Body Works mail coupons include a barcode to use in store and a code to use online at checkout.
Does Bath & Body Works take expired coupons?
Bath & Body Works stores used to have a 3-day grace period that would allow you to use your coupons three days after the coupon’s validity date expired — and we loved this perk. Unfortunately that ended in early 2020. Some readers have had their stores accept expired coupons, so it never hurts to ask, but let’s just assume the flexibility is gone.
Can I stack coupons at Bath & Body Works?
In the past, any Bath & Body Works coupons you receive in the mail would always stack with the ones that came in the same mailer. However, a store manager confirmed to KCL that the rumors are true; starting July 24, it's one coupon per customer.
Got multiple coupons in a mailer? If you're not allowed to use multiples in one transaction, just separate your transactions in order to use them all.
You're limited to one coupon code per transaction when shopping online, and now in store as well.
You might have several coupons in your hot little hands, but there's only space for one at checkout on BathandBodyWorks.com. If you prefer to shop online, we suggest opting for free store pickup or waiting for a Bath & Body Works free shipping offer. Otherwise, you’ll pay a shipping fee of $6.99 for orders of $10 or more.
And according to a new memo on July 24, it's now one coupon per customer in stores as well.
