Move over Ulta; there’s enough room for two in the world of beauty sales. For three years in a row, Sephora has matched many of the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty deals during the bi-annual sale. Literally as soon as Ulta drops their deals, Sephora pounces with matching 50% off deals of their own. We expect Sephora One-Day Deals to return in March 2025.

Sephora One-Day Deals is a twice-a-year, 21-day event offering daily 50% off deals.
Historically one of the best beauty product sales of the year, Sephora One-Day Deals (formerly called Sephora Oh Snap) was created to compete with Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty. This means you have double the opportunity to get 50% off big name products.
KCL predicts the next Sephora One-Day Deals event will start Friday, March 7, 2025.
Sephora hasn't announced the dates of their next One-Day Deals event yet, but they always fall in line with Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty. You can find the One-Day Deals in Sephora stores, online on Sephora.com, and at Kohl's at Sephora locations.
How do we make our prediction?
Funnily enough, we're basing this prediction off another prediction — the one we made for the next Ulta 21 Days of Beauty event. In 2024 these sales always kicked off on a Friday, and traditionally this event happens the first week of March. So we're hedging our bets on March 7, 2025.
This isn't the first time Sephora competed with Ulta 21 Days of Beauty.
In previous years Sephora held their Sephora Oh Snap Sale at the same time as Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty. This year that part of the equation stayed the same. Ulta’s spring sale was from March 8 – March 28, 2024, and Sephora kicked off Oh Snap on March 9. Sephora’s Oh Snap ran concurrently through the end of March.
Why shop Sephora deals instead of Ulta 21 Days of Beauty?
If both stores have pretty much the same prices and deals, I’m sure you’re wondering why to bother shopping at one over the other. Each store does have their own perks and fan following, but if you’re just looking for the best overall deals and savings — I hear you!

In 2022, Sephora began offering Sephora Collection-branded items in the Oh Snap Sale. If you love their house brand, that’s just one of the reasons why their sale may be better than Ulta’s.
Sephora offers free shipping, regardless of how much you purchase.
If you’re buying from Ulta.com, you have to spend at least $35 to get free shipping. Not the case with Sephora.com. Sephora offers free shipping regardless of the order amount when you sign up for their Beauty Insiders loyalty program, which is completely free to join.

Although Sephora.com has a menu of freebies available for their Beauty Insider members, those free samples require a minimum purchase amount (usually $25 – $35) and a promo code — which you’re already going to use up in order to get free shipping.
If you want some freebies, shop in person at a Sephora store, where you can choose up to three samples per department: color (makeup), skincare, and fragrance. No purchase required.
