The key to finding the best Ugg deals is both in knowing the price range to shoot for and which stores tend to go that low with their sales. The price of Uggs can range from $60 to $315 and beyond, but we’ll lower your expected payout for much-loved boots. In general, aim to get at least 25% off MSRP, but to really score a deal, you’ll want to get at least half off. Trust me, it is possible.
To get the steepest discounts, Nordstrom Rack (particularly during a Clear the Rack event) and Zappos are excellent options. And if you’re trying to stick below $100, Koolaburra by UGG are also high-quality options. You can get them at the lowest prices at QVC and Kohl’s (especially when they’re running a Kohl’s Cash promo). Whether you’re a longtime Ugg superfan or trying to get your first pair, I’ll tell you where to shop, when to shop, and what kind of savings you can expect to get.
(Unless you’re looking for Uggs for dogs. I can’t help you there.)

1. First, the bad news: Brand-new Uggs pretty much cost the same everywhere.
Ugg is one of those brands that control the price retailers can advertise. And they’re pretty strict about it. That’s why you’ll see basically the same prices for a particular model across all retailers.
You’ll only see discount prices on discontinued models and colors or on models that Ugg has removed from their list of price-controlled products.
Clearance is queen when it comes to finding affordable Uggs, my friends.

3. Koolaburra boots by Ugg are a great under-$100 entry point.
The Koolaburra by Ugg brand is a great way to ease your way into the Ugg family. Koolaburra boots and slippers cost between $40 – $100 and use entirely man-made materials. So while they’re cheaper than the standard suede-and-shearling Ugg boots, the quality of craftsmanship is the same.
You really can’t do better than finding your Koolaburra boots at Zappos, QVC, or Koolaburra.com. If you’re looking for Koolaburra home items, you’ll want to check out Kohl’s.

4. Get up to 75% off Ugg boots during Nordstrom Rack’s “Clear the Rack” sales.
The Nordstrom Rack Clear the Rack sale happens about two to five times yearly. During these 3-day sales, we’ve seen big discounts on Ugg boots — up to 75% off! Make sure to bookmark our Nordstrom Rack deals and get our app to find out when the next one is happening.
Clear the Rack is the absolute best time at Nordstrom Rack to scoop up some new Uggs. The rest of the time, you’ll find Ugg boots at Nordstrom Rack for between 25% and 60% off, which is still nothing to laugh at. And we can help you knock even more off the final price with our Nordstrom Rack sale hacks.
5. Save up to 60% when you shop online clearance at the Ugg Closet.
A few magical times per year, Ugg opens up the Ugg Closet — an online pop-up clearance shop. The newest products are discounted by up to 30%, and other products — like bedding, home decor, clothing, and shoes — are discounted by up to 60%.
TIP: We last saw the Ugg Closet open in Nov. 2022, and based on past years, we expect another pop up just before Black Friday. Sign up for the Ugg mailing list and you’ll get an email when they open the closet.
6. We’ve seen Zappos’ Ugg deals up to 54% off.
Amazon-owned shoe store Zappos consistently has a large selection of Ugg sale items, and although other retailers come close, they almost always win for the lowest prices — if even by $0.05. (And standard shipping is free; no minimum order!)
Zappos sells a massive number of discontinued Ugg boots, slippers, sneakers, and sandals. You’ll save an average of 30% on MSRP, but we’ve seen discounts as high as 54%.
TIP: Zappos has free shipping and free 365-day returns. Sizes are typically limited, so items sell out fairly quickly.
7. Use your Kohl’s Cash when Kohl’s has sales on Koolaburra.
Because like with so many other products, Kohl’s Cash makes all the difference in getting the best price. While Koolaburra items are excluded from Kohl’s coupons, you can earn Kohl’s Cash on your purchase.
We regularly see the Koolaburra Classic Short Women’s Winter Boot on sale for $74.99 (regularly $89.99) at Kohl’s. Add in the $10 in Kohl’s Cash you’ll get and the final price is as little as $64.95 — 28% off. If only they sold regular Uggs, too.
Kohl’s offers a large line of Koolaburra bedding, bath, or home decor items. My Koolaburra throw pillow gets so many compliments from guests about how soft it is. And don’t get me started on my fur throw … I don’t share that!
8. Save around 25% when you wait to buy Ugg at Macy’s until Cyber Week or an end-of-season sale.
While Macy’s doesn’t have great Ugg deals most of the time, you’re going to want to follow our Macy’s deals on KCL so you don’t miss their noteworthy Ugg sales.
Be sure to also check Macy’s Black Friday Sale, beginning Nov. 19. During this sale, which runs through Nov. 25, Macy’s is taking 25% off UGG boots. If you don’t want to wait for Black Friday, you can find Macy’s Ugg deals in January and July during after-season sales.
9. Save 50% (or more!) on Ugg boots when you shop Zulily’s rotating flash sales.
Zulily is an online shop that has constantly rotating inventory and lightning-fast deals.
Ugg often shows up on Zulily, but once a sale item is gone, that’s it. No more.
In May 2023, we saw the Ugg Classic Mini Side Logo II Boot for just $62.99 (58% off the regular $150). Zulily also frequently offers Koolaburra by Ugg products at 50% – 60% off.
TIP: Here’s what you need to know about Zulily shipping. When you place an order with paid shipping (Sunday – Thursday), you’ll get free shipping on any additional orders, as long as they’re placed by 11:59 p.m. PT that day. Get free shipping for an entire weekend when you place an order with paid shipping (Friday – Saturday) as long as you place orders by 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday.
10. Shop Ugg clearance at DSW to get 50% off retail prices.
While we love DSW’s VIP Rewards, sadly you can’t use them on Ugg. Most DSW coupons won’t work, either.
Instead, check DSW’s clearance section to find some great deals on Ugg boots and clothing. Recently, we saw the Women’s Gem Mini Bootie on clearance for $114.98 — that’s 33% off the normal $169.99.

11. Uggs are as low as $30 on clearance at Nordstrom Rack.
While online shopping is infinitely more convenient, sometimes the best way to find the best deals on Uggs is to head in-store. To that end, we’ve found some pretty great discounts on Uggs at Nordstrom Rack in the clearance section.
12. Save around 30% on Ugg boots at RueLaLa.com.
RueLaLa.com is an online boutique with daily rotating merchandise. You can regularly save at least 15% on retail prices for women’s, men’s, and kids’ Ugg items when available — though their other shoes average 30% off!
Don’t want to pay for shipping? Sign up at RueLaLa.com for seven days of free shipping. If you make a purchase without signing up, you’ll pay $9.99 shipping, but then you’ll get free standard shipping for 30 days afterward.
Recently, we found the Mini Bailey Bow Glimmer Suede Boot for $99.99 (regularly $160) — that’s a 38% savings!
13. Costco has a 27% off sale on select Ugg boots once(ish) a year.
These sales are members-only, so you’ll need to sign in to see prices.
We found the Ugg Mini II Boot for $109.99, which is 27% off the normal $150. You could also have gottten the Ugg Classic Short II Boot for $124.99, which is 27% off the normal $170.
These go super fast, so you’ll have to catch them while you can. But stay tuned to KCL because when Costco holds this sale, you’ll wanna jump on it.
14. First responders and college students get rare discounts on brand-new Uggs.
Ugg’s Community Hero Discount gives registered educators, first responders, medical professionals, and military personnel 10% off their full-price purchase from Ugg.com. And their College Student Discount also offers 10% off at Ugg.com.
15. Even if you bought Uggs from a retailer, you can return them to Ugg.com.
That’s right. To return Uggs, they generally have to be in a new and unused condition and purchased within the last 30 days.
If you bought your Uggs from Ugg.com, returns and exchanges are free. If you bought your Uggs from one of their authorized Ugg retailers (not Costco), you won’t be able to get a refund, but you will receive a store credit to Ugg.com.
The Ugg warranty covers your Uggs for one year. If you find “material or workmanship defects” in that time, submit a claim to receive Ugg credit. Unfortunately, they don’t do repairs.
16. Make sure you’re getting a good deal from Amazon before shopping.
Don’t get caught up in the hype of “add to cart” from Amazon. We found a few pairs of Ugg slippers for a higher price than what they would be directly from Ugg. I know, bummer, right? (It’s totally weird since they own Zappos.)
That doesn’t mean you’ll never find a deal on Amazon; just know it’s rare. The Amazon Black Friday sale did bring 25% off on Koolaburra slippers — so not all love is lost.
17. Buy gently used Uggs at Poshmark.com to get 60% off.
Poshmark.com is an online consignment store for buying and selling high-end fashion and beauty products. Signing up for an account is free, and you can set alerts for your favorite fashion items. Either buy your Uggs at the seller’s listed price or haggle by making an offer — we saw an average of 60% savings for gently used boots.

18. Buy discounted gift cards from Raise and save up to 15% on your new pair of Ugg boots.
Buying gift cards from Raise is the only way we’ve found to save money on new Ugg boots. You’ll get anywhere from 3.5% to 9.5% off if you buy a gift card from a retailer that sells Uggs, like DSW and Macy’s.
