Between the toy shortage and figuring out what gifts my husband hasn’t already bought himself and trying to search for ideas on what to get him and my kids and everyone else is giving me a headache. Thankfully, I’ve found some great gift guides that did all the work for me, and I’m hoping they work for you, too. All you have to do is click, sort, and shop away. Good luck!

1. Amazon Holiday Gift Guides are sortable by everything.

While you can’t grab a Starbucks and browse the aisles of Amazon, they’ve done their homework and built huge curated holiday gift guides.

Each one of these Amazon gift guides contains a ton of gifts, but don’t get overwhelmed: they’ve got plenty of ways for you to narrow down your search.

They offer plenty of subcategories, plus the ability to filter by price range, and — most importantly — a checkbox that you click to show Amazon deals only. You can even filter to see if gift wrap is available.

2. Target’s curated gift idea lists are inspirational and ask easy questions for narrowing down.

The Target Holiday Gift Guide has all the same functionality of these lists — sorting by recipient or price — but two things make it really stand out: One, their curated lists; and Two, the ability to sort by theme (One-of-a-kind, Gadget Gurus, Pet Parents). They also give a wide range of prices, so you can find something in your budget. Here are some things I found:

3. IKEA’s Gift Giving Shop has endless gift ideas sorted by nine categories.

IKEA has gifts for pretty much anyone, sortable by nine different categories (like: gifts for bakers, babies, gamers, and crafters) and sortable by price. There’s even a category for hostess gifts. Where they really come through is gifts for the kids and teens. The gamer and crafters category makes shopping for picky teens so easy.

4. Kohl’s has all your white elephant gifts picked out.

The Kohl’s Gift Ideas have all the standard categories, but the one that I used the most was the White Elephant Gifts category. Every holiday season, we play the White Elephant Gift Exchange game, and there are always a few gifts that are the hit of the party. If you buy from this list, I think you’ll be the hit!

5. Macy’s has great filters to pick the best gifts by price.

Macy’s Holiday Gift Guide has multiple filters (from dollar amounts, categories, age) and even a double filter where you complete this sentence “I’m buying gifts for ____ (choose a person), who loves ____ (choose categories).” You can select multiple categories to help find the best gift for them.

There are also gift boards with even more ideas, like the best gifts for the trendsetter, the spa day enthusiast, the fitness pro, and even the social influencer.

6. Urban Outfitters has the best teen gift guides, but you have to trust.

Teens are the most difficult humans to shop for, but somehow Urban Outfitters really gets them. Even if I don’t get it myself. The Urban Outfitters Under $25 Gift Guide is a strange romp through the bizarre. But if you trust, you can make your teen truly happy and make them think that you’re super hip (even if you’re just confused).

7. World Market’s Holiday Gift Guide wins for pet lovers.

World Market has a great assortment of inexpensive gifts for pet lovers. They have gift guides for men and women that are pretty typical (robes, bath products, whiskey, and wine-themed stuff), but their pet lovers’ gifts are super unique, as are their foreign and classic candy selections (which make awesome stocking stuffers for teens!). The gift guide is searchable not just by price or recipient, but also by theme, like: White Elephant Gifts, Zen Gifts, Foodie Gifts, etc. Be sure to note the abundance of promo codes and deals, and definitely sign up for the app. This month the app is sending me deals like an extra 15% off for curbside pickup (including sale and clearance).
