These Retailers Allow Coupon Stacking Online

Think coupon stacking is strictly for in-store use? Think again!

Coupon stacking means using multiple coupons in a single transaction. For example, when you shop in store at Victoria’s Secret, you can use up to three coupons. There’s no restriction on whether they’re percent-off or dollar-off coupons (combine 5%, 10%, and 25% off coupons in one transaction if you want). Pretty cool, right? Get the basics on coupon stacking here.

You can also stack coupons online! Here are the top retailers that allow coupon stacking on their sites:

1. Kohl’s allows 4 coupons per order.

Kohls
Kohl’s allows up to four coupons to be used online—you can combine a sitewide coupon (like $10 off a $50 purchase or 15% off an entire order), category-specific coupons (like 30% off Home or 20% off Appliances), and a free shipping coupon simultaneously.

Make sure you’re on your desktop and NOT on your mobile device (including Kohl’s mobile app) when shopping Kohl’s. Otherwise, you’ll be limited to only two stackable coupons.

2. Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Athleta allow 5 coupons per order.

Gap Blurred

Gap, Inc. owns Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Athleta. Each of these stores allows up to five coupon codes per checkout. Not every coupon code will work with one another, but if you try combining a percent-off coupon with a dollar-off coupon—instead of two percent-off coupons—you’re more likely to walk away with the stacked savings.

Tip: If there aren’t any current stackable coupon codes on any one store’s site, you can use coupon codes from a sister store. In the above picture, we combined a Gap ‘EXTRA’ promo code with an Old Navy ‘SHIPALL’ code!

3. Amazon allows unlimited coupons per order.

Amazon allows unlimited coupons to be stacked as long as they’re eligible. We combined a 20% off coupon for a Swingclick Plus and $10 off an Amazon gift card of $50! Make sure to check out Amazon’s coupon section to save on hidden deals you might not even know about!

4. Target allows unlimited coupons per order.

Target Blurred

Target lets you use unlimited promotion codes online as long as they’re eligible. For example, instead of a sitewide 10% off coupon, you may be better off combining a “Save 10% on car seats” coupon with a “Save 30% on outdoor patio furniture” coupon to get the most bang for your buck.

Target.com does not allow in-store coupons (any coupon that doesn’t have a promotion code—for example: TGTXXXXX) to be used online. This also goes for the Target mobile app.

5. Michaels allows unlimited coupons per order.

Michaels

Like Target, Michaels allows unlimited coupons online, but only for single items. So while you can’t combine a 15% off sitewide promotion with a single-item coupon code, you can find promo codes for each of the items (or groups of items) you’re buying and use them together.

Another added bonus to Michaels is that most of the in-store coupons you’ll find in the coupons section of their website also have promotion codes underneath for online use, saving you time and money.

6. Newegg.com allows unlimited coupons per order.

NewEgg.com Blurred

If you’re looking to score major deals on electronics, Newegg is definitely your best bet. Just like Michaels and Target, Newegg will allow unlimited coupon codes per single item. Since Newegg is entirely online, none of their codes will conflict with in-store coupons, making your coupon stacking experience way more hassel free.

Check out Newegg’s latest coupons.

7. Sears allows unlimited coupons per order.

Sears

Sears allows unlimited coupon stacking—again, as long as the coupons don’t conflict with one another. If you’re trying to combine two percent-off coupons, you’re only going to get credit for the one that gives you the better savings.

Since Sears offers such a wide variety of items, you’re better off combining two or more department-specific coupons (like $25 off select appliance purchases of $300 with a $10 off women’s apparel coupon), or combining one or two department-specific offers with a sitewide dollar-off or a percent-off purchase coupon.

Here you can see Sears’ latest online deals.
