Once upon a time Kohl's curbside pickup was a thing, but they did away with that option in 2022. That's okay, though, because you can use Kohl's Self-Pickup instead, and it's absolutely free.
Although it’ll require getting out of your car, in-store, self-pickup is just as fast and painless as Kohl’s curbside pickup used to be. And, let's face it, you probably have an Amazon return to drop at Kohl's anyway.

Use Kohl’s self-pickup to get your orders without waiting in line.
Kohl’s self-pickup is a hybrid of curbside and in-store pickup. You have to go into the store like you normally would with an in-store pickup order. But with self-pickup, you don’t have to wait in line.
Instead, once you get the notification that your order is ready, you’ll tap the link to access your Pickup Pass. Then, you’ll select “Start Pickup” and enter the four-digit code to find out which bin your order is located in. After picking up your order from the bin, you’ll tap “Complete My Order” and walk out of the store. Easy!
Kohl’s in-store pickup is another fast and free way to get your Kohl’s orders.
Just like with self-pickup, when you select Kohl’s In-Store pickup, your order will be ready within two hours on the same day.
Items available for this service say “Free Store Pickup Today” on the product page.
When your item is ready, you’ll receive an email or a text alert (your choice).
Find the designated Kohl’s pickup parking spot out front.
Then once you’re inside the store, head right for the customer service desk. You’ll present your email confirmation and government-issued ID to pick up your Kohl’s order. (Or you’ll follow the instructions on your Pickup Pass for self-pickup.)
Pick up your Kohl’s orders within seven days.
If you wait longer than a week to pick up your order, it’ll get canceled, refunded, and put back on the shelf. No harm, no foul.
Return your pickup orders in-store to avoid return Kohl’s shipping costs.
Kohl’s return policy won’t cover any return shipping costs, which is why I always try to return my purchases in the store if I can. Just bring a valid ID — you don’t even need a receipt. You’ll have 180 days after picking up your order to make your return, unless:
You bought premium electronics or a watch (returns must be made in 30 days)
You made a beauty or Sephora purchase (returns must be made in 60 days)
