JCPenney Cyber Monday Sale is a 3-day online-only event.
The tried-and-true JCPenney Cyber Monday Sale actually lasts three days, from the Sunday after Thanksgiving through Tuesday. And you'll only find the deals online.
KCL predicts the next JCPenney Cyber Monday Sale will kick off on Dec. 1, 2024.
JCPenney hasn't confirmed the dates of their 2024 Cyber Monday Sale yet, but we think it will run Dec. 1 - 3, 2024. That means the deals will be available from Sunday through Tuesday.
How do we make our prediction?
For the last several years, like clockwork JCPenney has started their Cyber Sale on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Then it runs through Tuesday of that week, making it a 3-day sale. We don't expect them to change things up for 2024.
JCPenney stores are closed on Thanksgiving.
Walmart stores haven’t been open on Thanksgiving since 2019.
JCPenney stores open at 10 a.m. on Cyber Monday — their regular opening hour.
Remember, you're only going to find their Cyber Sale deals online, not in store.

There are a lot of retailers who offer their Cyber Sale deals both online and in store. JCPenney isn't one of them. You'll only find JCPenney's Cyber Sale online.
Doorbusters aren't a thing during JCPenney Cyber Monday.
Unlike JCPenney's Black Friday Sale, which aims to lure shoppers in store with exclusive coupon drops and giveaways, their Cyber Monday Sale has no such gimmicks. You'll find plenty of discounts, but they're all online — no door busting required.
JCP Rewards members don't get early access to the sale, but they do earn points on purchases.
There's no playing favorites here — JCPenney's Cyber Sale starts at the same time for everyone. So while it still pays to sign up for a free JCP Rewards account to earn points on purchases, you won't get any early access perks.

Here’s the deal on JCPenney policies on Cyber Monday:
Price Matching: One of the last remaining Black Friday price match holdouts, JCPenney’s price match policy guarantees the lowest price on an item, even if you find it for less at another retailer. Even during their Cyber Sale. JCPenney boasts a “365 days a year” price matching guarantee. Just show proof of the competitor’s price. This means if you find an identical item for less at another retailer — Target, Kohl’s, etc. — JCPenney will give you the lower price.
Rain Checks: No, JCP will not issue a rain check for anything out of stock in store or online at JCPenney.com
Shipping: JCPenney shipping is free on orders over $75 and store pickup is always free. Given that their Cyber Sale is only available online, we anticipate they will lower their free ship threshold for the duration of the event. However what that amount threshold will be is currently unknown.
Returns: If you buy something on or after Oct. 15, the JCPenney return policy states that you’ll have 90 days to return it. Just remember to bring your receipt, and you’ll be good for a full refund issued on the original form of payment (or a JCPenney gift card).
But even if your return is after 90 days, you can still get store credit if you have the receipt.
JCPenney doesn't offers layaway during the holiday season.
Unfortunately most retailers have gotten rid of layaway options, which used to make it easier to pay for all the gifts you want to buy. But JCP does offer Synchrony Pay Later on fine jewelry purchases of $300 or more. These payments will include interest; again, this option is only available on a fine jewelry purchase of at least $300.
