Firehouse Subs Name of the Day is a semi-annual event with BOGO free subs for customers with certain names.
Firehouse Subs updates their Instagram page with the names for their Name of the Day promotion. If you're a loyalty member and have that name, or your first name contains letter(s) or meets another specified requirement (like rhymes with MERRY), you can grab a free medium Firehouse sub (normally priced at $7.99 – $11.99) with any purchase or sub modification upcharge.
KCL predicts the Firehouse Subs Name of the Day will start on Dec. 11, 2024.
Last year, the Firehouse Subs Name of the Day promotion took place in June and December. The most recent event took place from June 17 -June 28. We predict the second event this year will happen Dec. 11 – 23, 2024.
This BOGO free deal is valid for that one day only and is limited to one medium sub per person. You can redeem the offer in the Firehouse Subs app, online, or in person at participating locations.
Make sure your name is correct in your loyalty account.
In the past, the Name of the Day promotion was open to everyone. This time, only loyalty members are eligible! And, your name on your account must match the Name of the Day to win.
If your name is incorrect in your account when the promotion begins, it's too late, because you can't change your name until after the promotion ends. For this promotion, you had to correct your name in your account before June 17, 2024.
Show your ID to get your free Firehouse Sub in store when you have the Name of the Day.
You can redeem your free med. sub deal at FirehouseSubs.com, in the Firehouse Subs app (look for the deal in your Offers section) or in-store. When redeeming in-store, you'll have to show your photo ID with the Name of the Day on it to the cashier.
No matter how you redeem the Name of the Day sub offer, it requires any purchase or sub modification upcharge.

Keep your receipt for a free medium drink on your next sub purchase.
When you get your free sub, you should always ask for your receipt since it’ll allow you to take a quick 3-minute survey. Once you complete your survey, you’ll get a code for a coupon for a free medium drink (priced at $2.69).
It’s one of the ways you can get free food from restaurants without complaining.
