Aldi German Week happens three times a year, where they stock dozens of authentic German foods and specialty items on store shelves. And the final Aldi German Week sale of the year is happening Dec. 18 - 24, just in time for the holidays.
So what’s so special about German Week? For starters, it’s a chance to try lots of German items that you normally can’t get in Aldi stores (or in other stores, for that matter). And the prices are super reasonable — starting at $1.39 for a bag of their potato sticks.
To help prepare your shopping list, we've rounded up all the special Aldi Finds you can expect during the sale.

Aldi German Week is a weeklong sale on German products that happens three times a year.
During Aldi's German Week sale, shoppers can find a big selection of discounted authentic German foods and specialty items, typically ranging from $1.39 to $9.99.
This weeklong event happens three times a year, featuring traditional favorites like sausages, pretzels, soups, and desserts, along with exclusive Deutsche Küche brand products.
The final Aldi German Week sale of the year started on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
According to the Aldi Weekly Ad for Dec. 18 - 24, they're stocking over a dozen products for the German Week sale, just as we predicted.
After the sale week ends, you'll likely find a few remaining products in the freezers, depending on your store's inventory, so it's not really a hard end date.
Look for all sorts of "Deutsche Küche" brand products that are exclusive to Aldi.
The star of Aldi German Week is the Deutsche Küche brand, which is exclusively sold at Aldi stores in the U.S.
You’ll find Deutsche Küche products like pretzels, spaetzle, schnitzel, and strudel for sale during German Week. These products are all reasonably priced, too — with some starting at $1.39.
The sale always includes savory items, German snacks, pantry staples, and authentic desserts.
You can expect to find a range of authentic snacks like Doppelino cookies, peanut puffs, Spritz cookies, and strudels. Of course, there are German staples like pork schnitzel and chicken schnitzel, but also cream cakes and German bread made from traditional recipes.
Basically, you’ll want to check the freezer cases as well as the Aldi Finds aisle, as the German goodies will pop up in more than one place.
Grab the limited-time Aldi Finds before they're gone for good.
Since these German Week products are Aldi Finds and are only available for a limited time, make sure to grab them while you can. They tend to sell out pretty quickly, and once they’re gone, they won’t be coming back (until the next German Week sale, that is).
To guarantee you get what you want, it’s a good idea to shop early in the sale and snatch up your favorites when you see them. You don’t want to have FOMO like we often get with the Aldi gear!
