March Madness is the three-week college basketball tournament when restaurants offer food deals.

Between mid-March and early April, college basketball teams compete in a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion — and during that time, restaurants offer food deals to fuel sports fans’ tourney-watching meals.

March Madness food deals encompass a variety of promotions, including discounts, freebies, and special offers to attract customers. Examples range from buy-one-get-one-free deals to discounted combo meals and loyalty rewards such as free wings or double points. These promos provide convenient and affordable options for enjoying food while watching the games.

The March Madness tournament will begin on March 18, 2025.
